Wexford Plaza
An offbeat comedy about a lonely female security guard (Betty) who works at a rundown strip mall. Isolated and friendless, a glimmer of hope appears when a charming bartender shows Betty kindness, leading to an unexpected moment of romance. Although Betty and her supposed newfound love are well meaning in their intentions, their behavior ends up causing both of their lives to unravel. Wexford Plaza is about two outcasts who are earnestly trying to improve their lives, but ultimately become deluded by their dreams.
