Soldier in Art: Arthur Szyk -- America's Weapon against Nazi Germany
In 1940 Polish-Jewish artist Arthur Szyk emigrated to America. He became a leading visual voice against the Nazis and advocated for the rescue of European Jews. Sixty-four paintings set to an original score dramatically capture why Szyk called himself "FDR’s soldier in art."
