LION ARK follows one of the world's most ambitious and daring animal rescues ever made and documents the harrowing events as they actually unfold. The team behind the investigation returned, tracked down the illegal circuses and saved every animal, airlifting 25 lions to freedom in Colorado. This uplifting story of bravery, compassion, camaraderie and determination proves how a poor but proud country can say “no” to animal cruelty and how attitudes toward animals can be changed across an entire continent.
