CHAPLIN OF THE MOUNTAINS, a soul-searching journey into the mountains of Kurdistan.

NYU film graduates David and Alan roam the Kurdish countryside to screen Charlie Chaplin films in remote villages. At the start of their journey they meet Nazé, a French girl of Kurdish origin with a much deeper personal calling. When the screenings fail to work to their expectations, David and Alan abandon their plan and instead embark on a new mission - to help Nazé in her quest - an undertaking that brings them to the war-weary Mount Qandil (dubbed by locals the Kurdish Bermuda Triangle) along the Iraqi-Turkish-Iranian borders.
