In this updated meditation on the pursuit of the American dream, Ahlam is a Lebanese immigrant artist living in New York City. In dire financial straits and desperate to find the funds to extend her artist’s visa, Ahlam agrees to deliver a mysterious package to the Hudson Valley. Upon her arrival upstate, she encounters shady characters and quirky neighbors as she is unwittingly drawn into the world of ancient artifact trafficking.
